The Mobile Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance for the community and its residents. This includes ensuring that all repairs and general maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing all maintenance works at the asset for both internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas, public realm, and grounds.
  • Adhering to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance, and overall asset functionality.
  • Supporting the building services maintenance and management regime to ensure the mechanical, electrical, and other building services plant and equipment reach their expected life span.
  • Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that sufficient inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials is available at the asset and working with Maintenance Supervisor to order supplies and tools as needed.
  • Attending all Company's maintenance training.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Basic working knowledge of grounds/common area maintenance, service requests, and apartment preparation.
  • City & Guilds relevant qualification in Plumbing/Electrical installation.
  • Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, building control requirements, fire, and environmental control measures and all aspects of Health and Safety regulations in relation to residential building management.
  • Adapts team in response to changing business strategy, vision, or purpose.
  • Role models a passion for fixing customer problems and socialises internal and external best practice customer feedback methods.
