What to Expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing, assessing, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and providing developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality learning environment.
