The Position

GAP Group Limited is a leading provider of lifting equipment and services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Equipment Inspector to join our team. As a Lifting Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifting equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test lifting equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifting equipment
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential lifting equipment hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lifting equipment maintenance and inspection procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on lifting equipment selection and usage

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lifting Equipment Inspector with a strong background in lifting equipment maintenance and inspection. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working with lifting equipment, including inspection, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including LOLER and PUWER
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license
