Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier BI services: Facilitate strategic decision-making, enhance organizational performance, and promote ongoing improvement. Communicate data effectively: Utilize interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations to present data in an engaging and clear manner. Manage the project lifecycle: Oversee activities from requirements gathering and design to testing, ensuring comprehensive analysis and reporting capabilities. Oversee semantic layer: Improve and manage the semantic layer to standardize reporting and enhance self-service analytics adoption. Analyze programs and processes: Collaborate on evaluating metrics, assessing program success, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements, making data-driven recommendations. Partner in insights and strategy: Work alongside business leaders to extract insights, craft analytical narratives, and translate data into strategic actions. Mentor and train users: Guide and educate business users to become adept self-service analysts. Manage stakeholder relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections across departments to understand and fulfill their data requirements. Lead the team: Supervise team members, inspiring them, driving performance, addressing challenges, and providing necessary support. Stay updated on trends and technologies: Keep abreast of the latest data analytics tools and technologies, including GenAI, and recommend and implement advancements.Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in BI and analytics initiatives, preferably within a cloud-based environment. Proven experience in leading and managing a BI/data analyst team. Proficiency in Microsoft BI stack, advanced SQL, data modeling, and self-service analytics. Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
