Job Title: CMS AdministratorWe are seeking a highly skilled CMS Administrator to support our clients team in the construction and commissioning of a new build Nuclear Power Station.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain CMS on site with accurate baseline data and timely updates aligned with the Master Time Schedule (MTS).
- Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to validate and report progress data.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Planning teams for CMS quantity revisions and ensure agreement on baseline changes.
- Track and update quantities, man-hours, construction progress, productivity, and generate relevant progress reports.
- Provide progress inputs for updates to the Master and Short-Term Schedules (MTS/STS).
- Generate periodic CMS reports highlighting project status and recommend corrective actions for any areas lagging in progress.
- Maintain a comprehensive history of project execution for future use and contractual purposes.
- Regularly update a dedicated project blog with photos and progress updates.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, etc.).
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in scheduling, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Basic knowledge of power plants and construction quantities/productivity.
- Minimum 3 years of site experience in power plant construction/engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Primavera Project Planner or similar software.
- Experience in planning and executing at least one full power plant construction project.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
