Position Overview

As a Backend Developer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and skilled agile team, dedicated to creating innovative solutions that could reshape the financial services landscape on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of server components and microservices developed in Java-Spring.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, and security of various system components.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable implementations.
  • Maintain high development standards, including clean coding practices, code reviews, and comprehensive testing.
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies, advocating for their appropriate adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of backend development experience utilizing Java and the Spring framework.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, RDBMS, SQL, and ORMs.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure backend systems using microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices in testing and deployment, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for technology, with a commitment to researching new advancements and sharing knowledge with peers.
  • Experience with AWS services is advantageous.
  • Full-Stack development experience is a plus.
  • Background in the FinTech sector is beneficial.
