  • Lead a team of approximately 12-14 professionals, ensuring they receive adequate training and development opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to enhance service delivery and improve team performance.
  • Review reports from other departments, ensuring legal robustness and preparing necessary legal implications.
  • Stay updated on current legal requirements and provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Implement new procedures in accordance with ISO9001 standards, adapting to legislative changes and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • A current practicing certificate as a Barrister, Solicitor, or Legal Executive.
  • Proven expertise in at least one of the following legal domains: Planning, Environmental Law, or Commercial Law.
  • Experience within a local government context is essential.
