About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychology Educator to join our team at a reputable secondary school in South London. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by imparting your knowledge and passion for psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Delivery: Deliver engaging and stimulating psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students, utilizing effective teaching strategies aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment plans.
  • Student Progress: Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Contribute to the department's ongoing professional development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree in Psychology and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the latest psychological theories and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating students.
