Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Events Operations Assistant to join our team on a Casual contract. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perfect knowledge of all rooms set ups, serve refreshments, and maintain all areas clean and hazard-free.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
