Our Performance Marketing division plays a crucial role in NEXT's marketing strategy, both domestically and internationally. Position Summary

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will oversee continuous Digital Display efforts and large-scale seasonal marketing campaigns. Your role will involve supporting our performance marketing strategies to maximize the effective acquisition of new clients and boost sales from existing customers through diverse channels such as Digital Display, Social Media, TV, and Digital Out of Home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to design and implement top-tier performance media campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with media agency counterparts.
  • Monitor and work with the agency to enhance all campaign activities.
  • Partner with external collaborators to discover innovative opportunities.
  • Accurately manage and report on campaign performance regularly.
  • Present key insights and findings from campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed about the evolving digital media landscape.
  • Possess strong technical expertise, ideally in at least one major media platform such as DV360, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or Snapchat, along with a comprehensive understanding of multichannel marketing.

This role is based at our Head Office in Leicestershire.
