Join Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of care and education for individuals with autism and complex needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Children's Home team in Norfolk.

Role Overview:
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Children's Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff teams, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff rotas, budgets, and resources
• Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of working in a residential setting, preferably with children with autism
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and external agencies
