ChangeTheWorldWithKaryn is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children from low socioeconomic backgrounds in the Philippines. Our mission is to provide educational resources and support to help bridge the gap in education and promote inclusivity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing and Growth Professional to join our team. This is an unpaid internship that offers valuable experience in digital marketing, content creation, and non-profit operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our online presence and engagement
  • Build relationships with teachers and educators to promote our resources and services
  • Conduct research on influencers and create shortlists for potential collaborations
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Support the launch and promotion of our upcoming "Learn with Karyn" YouTube channel
  • Contribute to content creation for our website and social media platforms
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for our growth initiatives

Qualifications
  • Strong interest in education, non-profit work, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Education, Non-Profit Management)
