Position Overview:

  • Part-time consultancy role, requiring one day per week (7.5 hours)
  • Deliver goal-focused care and therapeutic interventions across our services
  • Assist with cognitive, psychometric, and behavioral evaluations on a referral basis
  • Collaborate with an Assistant Psychologist for enhanced support

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized psychological therapies
  • Supervise and mentor an Assistant Psychologist
  • Engage therapeutically with clients presenting complex psychological needs
  • Execute plans for specialized psychological interventions
  • Uphold high standards of care in line with professional regulations

Qualifications:

  • Recognized psychology degree and Chartered Psychologist status from BPS
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Approved supervisor status in accordance with BPS guidelines
  • Proven experience in evidence-based psychological methodologies
  • Background in working with clients with neurocognitive challenges
  • Previous involvement in research and project work
