Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, who will be responsible for translating and understanding scientific and technical concepts, as well as having the confidence to learn and talk 'the lingo'. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with talented candidates and clients, on roles ranging from Technicians or Graduates, PostDocs, Seniors and even CTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Scientific & High-Tech Division
  • Source and attract top talent for various roles, including Technicians, Graduates, PostDocs, Seniors, and CTO
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their recruitment needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Scientific & High-Tech Division

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a curious mindset, be able to translate and understand scientific and technical concepts, and have the confidence to learn and talk 'the lingo'. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
