About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cluster Manager to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit performance across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability
  • Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Act as the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings
  • Analyse market trends and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximise revenue
  • Manage overbooking strategies to maximise RevPar and profit
  • Develop and integrate cutting-edge systems and processes to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the integration and onboarding of new hotels into the RBH portfolio
Requirements
  • Proven experience in revenue management with a focus on cluster revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of revenue managers
  • Commercially savvy with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office products
