Role Overview:
The Architectural Metal Estimator will be responsible for managing estimates related to a premium selection of architectural metal products, including:
- Balustrades
- Balconies
- Canopies
- Staircases
- Handrails

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed take-offs from technical drawings and measurements to create precise bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
- Responding to inquiries from a diverse client base through various communication channels.
- Preparing and delivering accurate and comprehensive tenders within specified deadlines.
- Following up on all submitted tenders, gathering client feedback, and maintaining updated records.
- Facilitating handover meetings to transition secured projects to the production team.
- Nurturing client relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth progression of tenders and projects.
- Generating estimates for projects valued between £100k and £1m.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven estimating experience within the architectural metal sector, specifically with balustrades, balconies, canopies, and stair systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects is preferred.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to work independently.
