About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team at Sienna X. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth, developing digital campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth and sales strategy of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive e-commerce growth through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across all channels, including D2C, B2B, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximise ROI
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and values, and resonates with our target audiences
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry at a senior level
  • Multi-channel marketing experience and excellent knowledge of digital media, including PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, and SEO
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and Email Marketing
