Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Support Worker to join our team at East Dunbartonshire Council. As an Early Years Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of high-quality early years services for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Early Years Workers in providing children with a range of appropriate experiences and learning opportunities suitable for their age and stage of development.
- Support the creation of a safe, caring, stimulating, and inclusive environment for parents and families.
- Provide assistance and support to children with additional support needs to overcome barriers to learning and participation.
- Work as part of a team to support the development of high-quality early years services.
Requirements
- Relevant childcare qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

PVG/Disclosure Scotland
