NHS National Services Scotland: Audiologist Opportunity

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Audiologist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our audiology service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our audiology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality audiology services to adults with hearing impairment, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and rehabilitation.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement audiology services that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to the development of our audiology services, including the design and implementation of new services and programs.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on audiology-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAA) with experience working in audiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Good knowledge of current working practices and developments within audiology.
