Female Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Personal Assistant to support a young woman with ME/CFS, POTs, and other neuro-immune conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the individual with daily tasks, promoting independence, and providing emotional support.
About the Role:- Assist the individual with meal preparation, household tasks, and other daily activities.
- Support the individual in accessing their local community and promoting independence.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
- Assist the individual with managing their condition and implementing strategies to conserve energy.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the individual.
- Positive attitude towards disabled people.
- Understanding of ME and severe ME.
- Patient and empathetic approach.
- Enthusiasm for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Motivation to work in a supportive role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Full UK driving license or use of transport.
- Enhanced DBS check.
