Job Overview

The Wound Care Division of HARTMANN is a leading provider of high-quality, clinically effective products in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage healthcare professionals and promote our products.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify and understand prospective opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to understand HARTMANN products and position them effectively.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals to develop sales opportunities and appointments for our clinical and sales teams.
  • Deliver product presentations to specific customer groups supported by clinical evidence.
  • Support product evaluations in line with company protocols.

Requirements

  • A levels and/or GCSE in subjects that include Maths and English.
  • Experience in telesales or sales account management with a proven track record of lead conversion success.
  • Demonstrable sales skills, including the ability to overcome objections and meet targets and KPIs.
  • High personal accountability and integrity, with a passion for making a difference in healthcare.
  • Excellent customer focus and service skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of wound care products and market.
