Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Electrical Testing Engineer to join our team. As a leading provider of technical recruitment services, we are committed to delivering exceptional candidates to our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician to perform Hazardous Area Inspections, produce high-quality EICR Reports, and conduct testing and inspection tasks on customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing and inspection, with experience in completing EICR reports and holding relevant certifications such as 18th Edition, 2391 Inspection & Testing, and ECS Gold Card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Hazardous Area Inspections to identify potential electrical hazards
  • Produce high-quality EICR Reports to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct testing and inspection tasks on customer sites to ensure electrical safety and efficiency
  • Perform basic remedial works to resolve electrical issues
Requirements
  • 18th Edition Qualified
  • ECS Gold Card or related certification
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
  • Capacity to identify defects through test readings and experience in completing EICR reports
  • Proven health and safety training and record
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand design and panel schematics
