About the Role

We are seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer to join our team at Henderson Scott. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate, and estate planning, including high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate, and estate planning, including HNW clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service while working independently, with external consultant support available.
  • Lead and drive the growth of the Private Client department, leveraging your commercial acumen to develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to expand the department's reach.
