As a Service Engineer with Morson Talent, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment in service users' homes and in-house. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and collecting disability equipment to service users' homes, hospitals, and health centers.
- Providing polite, empathetic, and client-focused service, taking into account the needs of service users.
- Undertaking risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Using a weight rig to service and maintain hoists, which may involve some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain medical equipment in service users' homes and in-house.
- Deliver and collect disability equipment to service users' homes, hospitals, and health centers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to service users.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, servicing and maintaining medical equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
