About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Lawyer - Property Law to join our Legal Shared Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level strategic advice on property-related projects and support the Head of the Legal Shared Service in shaping our legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on property law matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Lead on property-related projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as deputy to the Head of the Legal Shared Service, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Line manage the Practice Management Team and Trainees, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
