A skilled Multi Trade Technician is required to work for Daniel Owen Ltd, a leading social housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties, including plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and carpentry.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
  • Providing a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Must have a full UK driving licence
  • Must have previous social housing experience
  • Must have required qualifications

Benefits:

  • No weekend work
  • Monday to Friday
  • Van and fuel card supplied

About the Role:

The Property Maintenance Expert will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance works are carried out to a high standard, and that customers receive excellent service. The successful candidate will be a skilled tradesperson with experience in multi-trade works, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
