About the Role:

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to undertake planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and adhering to our quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned maintenance of building engineering services to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to maintain client systems and ensure continuity of operation.
  • Conduct tasks in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Operate the contract in a proactive manner to minimize difficulties with building environmental systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the company to keep them informed of relevant information.
  • Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers to ensure efficient operation of plant and areas without disruption to clients.

Requirements:

  • Formal electrical qualifications, including BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Electrical CompEx Ex01R – Ex04R or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of completing Atex inspections.
  • Experience of maintaining pumps, motors, and control systems.
  • Previous experience in the petroleum industry or similar.
