Project Manager Access Control Social Housing

Our client, a leading provider of support services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their security/access control department. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and issuing works programs, schedules, and site logistics, as well as attending client meetings and reporting on progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security/access control department
  • Build and issue works programs, schedules, and site logistics
  • Attend client meetings and report on progress
  • Manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and support staff
  • Generate reports for clients
  • Ensure weekly site progress and health and safety checks are carried out
  • Arrange delivery of plant and materials
  • Ensure work is completed to company standards on time and on budget
Requirements:
  • Experience in access control and social housing
  • SMSTS qualification or working towards
  • IOSH Managing H&S qualification or working towards
  • Financial awareness
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and resolve issues
  • Full UK driving licence or equivalent
