About the Role

Freightserve is seeking a highly skilled Air Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Air Pricing Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information for UK Air products, including consolidation and direct services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Air Freight, Gateway Manager, and Trade Lane Managers, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to inform pricing decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in air freight pricing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
