Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on corporate tax matters and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advisory services to clients on complex tax matters, including due diligence and transactional work.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, attending internal and external seminars and courses to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow the taxation team and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CA or CTA with significant corporate tax experience within practice or industry.

  • Skills: Technically sound with the ability to assist in complex tax work, with a keenness to understand the business and assist in its growth.
