Chelmsford City Council is on the lookout for dedicated, skilled, and customer-oriented Sanitation Specialists to enhance our cleaning operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our facilities maintain a pristine and secure atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

Your primary workplace will be at our designated depot, with flexible working hours available for the following shifts:
Morning shift from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).
Morning shift from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).

Applicants interested in merging the two shifts for a total of 30 hours per week (6 hours daily) are encouraged to express their preferences in the application.

Adaptability in your schedule is essential, as you may be called upon to fill in for absences within the broader cleaning team, which could include working at various Council locations. Evening shifts may be required, but there will be no night work.

Any hours worked beyond your contracted schedule will be compensated as overtime.
