About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at Tesco Bordon Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
