About the Role:

GLL is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and maintain a safe and clean pool environment
  • Provide first-class customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Participate in regular pool rotations and set up equipment as needed
  • Support the team in maintaining the centre's cleanliness and upkeep
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be willing to obtain one
  • Have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a team player with a focus on customer satisfaction
