Role: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic financial planning and analysis activities for the Group.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A managers across Property and Operations areas to ensure alignment on financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Group's financial plan, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and cash flow projections.
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decision-making.
  • Support the People Director, COO, and Executive team with head office performance analysis and strategic planning.
  • Manage the forecasting process for all overhead costs and consolidate the head office forecast across various departments.
  • Oversee the headcount forecast for head offices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource allocation strategies.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed change programs on head office operations and financial performance.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for all cost centers, fostering strong relationships and providing guidance on cost management practices.
  • Manage corporate cost centers such as HR, IT, Finance, and Directors, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.
  • Work closely with the management accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Provide effective line management for a business partner, fostering their professional development and growth.
