In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between Safran Seats GB and the central Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) teams, facilitating the effective implementation of Product Data Management (PDM) and PLM capabilities as part of our global digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses to define and assess business requirements for modifications that align with strategic objectives within the OnePLM transformation project. This involves documenting requirements through various techniques, including Process Mapping, User Stories, Use Cases, Impact Mapping, and Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Specifications.
- Implement features in PLM tools such as Windchill and/or SmarTeam (legacy system).
- Carry out gap analyses for new requirements and communicate the business implications effectively.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across global business units and external solution partners, providing insights on best practices in CAD and PLM, and presenting findings clearly.
- As a member of the OnePLM core team, ensure the appropriate support model is established during solution development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post Go-Live phases to guarantee excellent customer service and successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership, including risk assessments and impact evaluations.
- Develop detailed end-to-end (E2E) test cases throughout various stages of the OnePLM Project.
- Oversee the execution of approved process enhancements, particularly in CAD Data Management, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Enterprise Change Management, with the potential to conduct training workshops for relevant teams.
- Report to the Head of PLM, ensuring that key insights regarding requirements, solution testing, risks, and issues are communicated succinctly throughout the program.

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of a degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM systems such as PTC Windchill or PDM tools, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes in the PLM domain.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in data representation techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- A full U.K. Driving License and Passport may be required for potential travel.
- Knowledge of CAD/PDM/PLM or ERP Enterprise applications is advantageous.
