Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Architect to lead our design team and manage the delivery of design information that aligns with project goals, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented design team, managing the delivery of design information that aligns with project goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Dive into detailed design work, from drafting to CAD, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
  • Project Management:
    • Prepare and maintain project drawings, ensuring they meet QA and safety standards.
    • Prepare all the necessary documentation for planning, tender, and construction.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, attending key meetings to ensure projects stay on track.
    • Keep the Project Associate updated on progress, flagging any potential issues and offering solutions.
    • Chair project meetings, making sure everyone is clear on their roles, responsibilities, and the project's scope.
  • Mentor and support your team, helping them meet their training and development needs.
Requirements
  • Analytical and organised, with strong project management abilities.
  • A champion of diversity and inclusion, bringing integrity to everything you do.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM and an understanding of how these tools impact project management.
  • A solid understanding of building technologies, regulations, and planning applications.
  • Familiarity with technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health and safety requirements.
  • On-site experience is a bonus
