We are seeking an Early Years Educator to become a vital part of our dedicated team at a specially designed nursery that encourages exploration and creativity in young minds. Our facility provides a warm and supportive atmosphere, complemented by ample outdoor areas that facilitate experiential learning.

As a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences to young children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and developmental milestones are achieved. By curating stimulating activities, fostering meaningful connections, and upholding a nurturing setting, you will contribute to a positive foundation for early childhood development.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a nursery environment with a true passion for early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Additional credentials in SENCO or Forest School would be beneficial
