About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Highwayman in Kirkby Lonsdale. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Pub Manager in leading the team and running the pub.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage busy services and plan and run special events
- Welcome and look after customers, providing excellent customer service
- Train and lead the bar/waiting team
- Decide on beers, gins, and wines to offer and plan events
