Quality Assurance Manager

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify high-risk Fire Risk Assessments from a desktop perspective
  • Provide feedback to assessors and their line managers on FRA findings
  • Develop and implement audit review programs to assess compliance performance
  • Ensure managers and staff receive clear and accurate assessments of their compliance status
  • Lead investigations into Quality Assurance issues related to Fire Risk Assessments

Requirements:

  • Degree or management qualification
  • Fire Risk Assessment Qualification Level 4
  • Experience in auditing or a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current FRA regulation and good practice principles
  • Valid UK driving license
