Job Title: Workplace Host

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Host at Boden Group in Nottingham. This is a temp to permanent contract opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate and a permanent salary of £26,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience.
• Manage postroom duties, including mail and package handling.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Host clients and support events, including room set-ups and day-to-day facilities support.
• Manage meeting room bookings, stationery, and first aid checks.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A competitive hourly rate of £17 per hour (paid via umbrella) during the temp period.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
