Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a large, experienced team of legal professionals and dedicated officers committed to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
  • Offer strategic direction on intricate and sensitive cases, ensuring compliance with the Council's goals and legal standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior legal staff, promoting a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and support are essential.
  • Represent the Council in Family Court and Court of Protection, providing high-level legal counsel to social work teams and senior council officials.

Your Qualifications

  • You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
  • You possess substantial experience in either Childcare law or Adult Social Care law.
