About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling structural support solutions to demolition, specialist, and tier 1 contractors throughout the South West and South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Sell and promote structural support solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share leads and ensure continuity in expertise.
  • Manage sales pipeline through effective scheduling and identify key projects and customers within your territory.
Requirements
  • Experience in a field sales role within the construction sector.
  • Ability to plan diary/time effectively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Full driving license.

  • Basic salary of £30k-£35k.
