About Sebastian's Action Trust
Sebastian's Action Trust is a recognized charity that offers specialized holiday experiences, along with essential practical and emotional support for seriously ill children and their families. Their mission is to assist families facing life-limiting illnesses from the point of diagnosis, throughout treatment, and beyond.


The Role
In the capacity of Manager of Trusts and Fundraising Initiatives, you will spearhead the trust and foundation funding strategy at Sebastian's Action Trust. The trust and foundation sector has historically been a vital revenue stream for the organization, and you will be tasked with applying for funding from current supporters while also identifying and nurturing new funding opportunities.

You will be responsible for crafting persuasive and innovative proposals, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with supporters to significantly expand the funding portfolio.


About You
You will be a motivated and passionate professional with a proven history of writing successful funding applications, preferably within a charitable environment. Your ability to demonstrate a successful track record in submitting trust applications will be essential.

You should possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a broader fundraising team.


This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, or you may choose a hybrid arrangement based at the central office.
