Midwife Opportunity in Guernsey

We are seeking a skilled Midwife to join our Hospital-based maternity service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey. This is a consultant-led, team-midwifery system of care with a strong emphasis on multi-disciplinary working.

The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) comprises Midwives, Maternity Support Workers, Obstetricians, Sonographers, Paediatricians, and Anaesthetists. As a Midwife in this team, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert midwifery care to patients in a consultant-led team environment
  • Work collaboratively with the MDT to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of midwifery services and policies
