We are seeking a highly skilled English Coach to join our team at the National Skills Agency. As an English Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and mentoring to students, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver coaching and mentoring sessions to students, focusing on English language skills and literacy.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans, working closely with students and employers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback, using a range of assessment tools and techniques.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging and effective for students.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake.
- Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring that meets learner needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
