Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards
  • Promote independence and dignity for residents while enhancing their quality of life
  • Support the delivery of quality improvements and drive standards to enhance efficiency in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with experience in managing a team and ensuring staff supervision and rotas are in place
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating modern technology
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and legislation
  • Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
