About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sciensus Pharma Services Limited. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes, in line with their individual needs and care plans.
  • Conduct holistic clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including IV therapies, as specified in patient care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in the care of IV devices and administration of IV therapies.
  • Experience of undertaking holistic clinical assessments.
  • Strong understanding of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offering, including NHS knowledge relating to the management of patients with treated conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our patients and organization.
