We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Symmetric Recruitment Ltd. As the IT Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cyber security and technical infrastructure of our organization.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy to protect our business-critical data
• Provide on-going cyber security awareness training to our staff
• Lead the IT disaster recovery plan and collaborate with the Business Continuity Plan team
• Offer first-line support for all aspects of our IT systems, including network security and protection of business-critical data
• Manage software licensing to ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy
• Administer Office 365 Exchange email system and SharePoint system
• Manage the key card door entry system

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, including Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux server and desktop, network infrastructure, and SonicWall UTM
• Ability to administer Office 365 Exchange email system and SharePoint system
• Strong understanding of cyber security best practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
