We are seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Clerk to join our team at Rapier Employment, a leading provider of temporary and permanent workers in the Transport, Commercial, and Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update vehicle files and records
  • Plan and coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Arrange for tyre changes and repairs
  • Chase compliance paperwork and documentation
  • Generate driver infringement reports
  • Record vehicle off-road service plans
  • Produce daily rental sheets and update infringement files
  • Manage staff holiday and sick reports
  • Download driver digicards and action reports
  • Book routine vehicle services and schedule maintenance
  • Raise supplier purchase orders and send service schedules
  • Organize vehicle truck washes and uniform stock checks
  • Conduct driver licence checks and maintain accident logs
  • Prepare for audits and perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google programs
  • Previous experience in a transport office environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to work every Saturday
  • Own transport or live locally to the area
