Role Overview:
Your responsibilities will include achieving essential strategic goals:

  • Deliver case management services to individuals with intricate needs, encompassing mental health challenges, substance dependency, and housing instability.
  • Provide proactive support to individuals with complex requirements to avert a return to homelessness, especially following hospital discharges.
  • Assist clients in preserving their housing by guiding them through their living arrangements, legal responsibilities, and tenancy agreements.
  • Empower clients to enhance their life skills, gain access to healthcare, education, and job opportunities, while promoting self-sufficiency.


Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing intricate casework, particularly with clients exhibiting multiple and complex needs.
  • Background in providing housing-related guidance, including tenancy oversight, addressing rental arrears, and resolving issues related to disruptive behavior.
  • Experience in delivering crisis intervention and support following crises.
  • Ability to co-create individualized, strength-based support strategies.



What We Offer:
Compensation: £18+ per hour
*Negotiable for exceptional candidates based on experience*

Contract Duration: Minimum of 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
